The light fittings I ordered online were out of stock but I received a message on my answerphone from a very nice lady (sorry I cant remember her name) stating that they were out of stock & would I call so I could decide what I wanted to do.
I rang & could not get in touch with the person who left the message but David, the man who answered rang me back afterwards as the person who left the original message was unavailable.
David explained the choices available to me & I decided to leave my order in place. It turned out that the re-ordering of the stock had already been dealt with by the staff concerned. Besides, I was happy to wait as the items I had ordered matched a light fitting I had already.
To my surprise I received an email confirming that my order had been dispatched within the next couple of days & before the end of the week arrived my light fittings had been delivered.
Thanks you so much for your excellent customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending your company to any of my family & friends.
