Can you deliver a product faster than the time stated on your website?
We are able to ship some of our products faster than the estimated delivery time. For more information please Contact us.

Who do you use for your deliveries?
We use FedEx's next day service for the majority of our deliveries and we send smaller orders such as light bulbs only via the Royal Mail.

What area is defined as UK Isles?
Any postcode which involves a water crossing such as Isle of white, Isle of Man etc.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you can track it online at the FedEx website or the Royal Mail website depending on how your order was shipped

What if I'm not home when FedEx attempts delivery, will I be charged for a second attempt?
No, the courier will post a card through your letter box if your not home, you can then arrange to have your package sent back out for a second delivery free of charge.

Do you ship to locations not mentioned on your website?
Currently we only ship to the UK mainland & Islands, The Channel Islands and Northern & Southern Ireland. For large orders we can arrange for special delivery to other locations, please contact us for more information.

Do you charge a surcharge to Scottish Highland postcodes?
No, although we are charged higher rates by our couriers we absorb these charges and ship items to the Highlands at the same rate as the rest of the UK. However due to their location the following postcode areas may incure an additional 2-5 day delivery time.
