What area is defined as UK Isles & Scottish Highlands
Any postcode which involves a water crossing such as Isle of white, Isle of Man etc. Also some postcodes starting with IV, KW, PH, AB, HS, PA, ZE and KA. Please see the bottom of this page for a full listing of FedEx Scottish Highland postcode areas.

Can you deliver a product faster than the time stated on your website?
We are able to ship some of our products faster than the estimated delivery time. For more information please Contact us.

Who do you use for your deliveries?
We send all our parcels out with FedEx. Occasionally we will ship small orders such as light bulbs only via the royal mail.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you can track it online at the FedEx website

What happens if I'm not home when FedEx attempts delivery, will I be charged for a second attempt?
No, FedEx will post a card through your letter box if your not home, you can then arrange to have your package sent back out for a second delivery free of charge.

Do you ship to locations not mentioned on your website?
Currently we only ship to the UK mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Channel Islands and Northern & Southern Ireland. For large orders we can arrange for special delivery to other locations, please contact us for more information.
