Delivery FAQ
What area is defined as Scottish Highlands & Islands?
Any postcode which involves a water crossing such as Isle of white, Isle of Man etc. Also post codes starting
with IV and KW at the top of Scotland.
Can you deliver a product faster than the time stated on your website?
We are able to ship most of our products faster than the estimated delivery time. For more information please see our
fast delivery information page.
Who do you use for your deliveries?
We send all our parcels out with DHL. Occasionally we will ship small orders such as light bulbs only via the royal mail.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, after your order has been dispatched you will be automatically notified
by email at each stage of the delivery process.
What happens if I'm not home when DHL attempts delivery, will I be charged for a second attempt?
No, DHL
will post a card through your letter box if your not home, you can then arrange to have your package sent back out for a second delivery
free of charge.
Do you ship to locations not mentioned on your website?
Currently we only ship to the UK mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands
and Northern Island. For large orders we can arrange for special delivery to other locations, please contact us for
more information.
