Home improvements and lighting guide
Last month was National Maintenance Week which encouraged people to undertake important and necessary home improvements.
To mark the occasion Sainsbury’s Bank produced a 13-page Guide to Improving Your Home, offering hints and tips on how they believe you can improve your home.
The comprehensive guide covers everything from design and planning to cost and installation.
While it makes interesting reading on its own, there are also several parts of the home improvements guide that relate specifically to the services provided here at Scotlight:
- It suggests that you fix the obvious problems first: Well how about updating your lamp shades, converting to energy efficient light bulbs or buying a new table lamp, for example?
- It suggests that you add an extension or convert a garage: Did you know that Scotlight Electrical offers a complete electrical service including installations, safety checks and rewires?
- It suggests that you improve your home’s energy efficiency: Scotlight Direct stocks a wide range of energy efficient light bulbs, low energy LEDs and smart lighting solutions to save energy and cash.
- It suggests that you freshen up your home: Which could include buying and installing new light fittings, shades or decorations.
